“An Honest Mistake”-
It starts off with Derek and Addison not agreeing with what type of procedure they should do to help save there patient who is pregnant. Since Cristina screwed up a standard procedure, she contacts a well known surgeon as she has a question. Bailey isn’t happy with the Chief, who wrote a not so good letter of recommendation to do work in Pediatrics.
